Toronto seems to have no shortage of dreamy, synth-soaked electro-dance acts these days. Latest on the scene is high school sweetheart duo Electric Youth, whose single "Faces" has just been released on a 17-track compilation from the new French collective Valerie. The collective includes a host of increasingly popular producers, including dreamwave posterchildren Anoraak, Keenhouse, Russ Chimes and the inimitable Futurecop!
